Job summary

Centurion is seeking a per-diem Primary Care Nurse Practitioner for the Baltimore Central Booking and Intake Center (BCBIC) in Baltimore, MD. You will work under a physician in a correctional setting to deliver patient care, perform assessments, diagnose, and manage medications as part of a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires an active Maryland APRN license, ANCC or AANP certification, and DEA/CDS registrations, with at least 2 years of NP experience.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active, unrestricted Maryland APRN license.
• ANCC or AANP board certification as Nurse Practitioner.
• Active DEA registration and State CDS registration.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivery of health care and patient care management in a correctional setting.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, perform assessments and diagnose patients.
• Responsible for medication management under physician supervision.
