Centurion is seeking a Per Diem Primary Care Nurse Practitioner at Jessup Correctional Institution in Jessup, Maryland. The NP will work under physician supervision in a correctional setting, performing assessments, diagnosing, and managing medications for a diverse patient population on weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Maryland APRN license.
• ANCC or AANP Certified Nurse Practitioner.
• Ability to pass background check.
• 2+ years' experience working as an NP.
• Current DEA registration and CDS registration.

We are currently seeking a Per-diem Primary Care Nurse Practitioner at Jessup Correctional Institution (JCI) in Jessup, Maryland.

This position is a per-diem covering weekend shifts.

The Nurse Practitioner works under the supervision of a physician in a correctional environment and is responsible for assisting in the delivery of health care and patient care management. This includes collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, performing assessments, diagnosing patients, and medication management.
