Job summary

One Medical is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a per diem Direct Primary Care role in Englewood, CO. Expect 8–23 patient hours per week with in-office and tele-health duties, plus ongoing clinical rounds and team collaboration.

The role requires an active Colorado license or eligibility, at least 2 years of primary care experience, and completion of an accredited FNP program with national certification.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of primary care experience.
• Currently licensed or ability to obtain licensure in Colorado.
• Completed an accredited FNP program with a national certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with a broad array of needs; mix of acute, chronic and well visits.
• Treat patients in-office, testing centers, or via tele-health visits.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
• Collaborate with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams.
