Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy (or higher) as per graduation year requirements.
• Current State of Illinois Physical Therapist licensure.
• Current CPR Certification (American Heart Association BLS).
• A valid driver's license if off-site duties are required; provide evidence of required insurance.
• 1–3 years of clinical independence experience; training accepted for general orthopedics.
• Support available for certification and professional development.

Responsibilities
