Virtua Health is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist to perform examinations, determine prognosis, provide interventions, and update plans of care. The per diem role supports rehab services across settings and collaborates with managers to improve processes.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy and NJ licensure, CPR, and for home care, a valid driver’s license and vehicle documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current licensure in the State of New Jersey. CPR certification.
• For home care and early intervention staff, a valid driver’s license, current automobile registration and proof of insurance.

Responsabilités

• Consults with medical and other team members to provide quality patient care.
• Evaluates intervention effectiveness and updates plan of care as needed.
• Maintains evaluations, records, and written documentation per guidelines.
• Utilizes PTAs, aides and support staff appropriately.
• Communicates with patients and families regarding education and care.
