Responsibilities

• Collaborate with therapy teams and other staff
• Perform evaluations and complete all necessary documentation
• Provide recommendations supporting communications/assessments
• Deliver therapy as outlined in treatment plans and prescriptions
• Provide treatments that improve patient inabilities/challenges
• Independently manage workflow including documentation in the electronic records system
• Familiar with PDPM
• Align therapy treatments with Medicaid/Medicare billing
