Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (BS or entry level master's).
• Current Connecticut Physical Therapist license is required.
• One or more years’ healthcare setting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently evaluates patients and determines treatment strategies.
• Delivers and/or delegates services to identify, prevent and rehabilitate dysfunction or pain.
• Focus on maximizing functional independence through evaluation of strength, balance, gait and daily activities.
