Job summary

Hartford HealthCare’s Orthopedic Associates of Hartford (OAH) seeks a Per Diem Physical Therapist to join outpatient clinics in Rocky Hill and nearby communities. You’ll work within 7am–7pm clinic hours, collaborating with surgeons, PAs, and nurses to support joint replacement recovery and sports-related rehab.

This flexible weekday role offers opportunities to observe surgeries and provide patient-centered care across multiple locations, enhancing clinical skills and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited American Physical Therapy Association program (BS, MS, or DPT).
• Active or temporary Connecticut Physical Therapy license.
• Strong interest in orthopedic patient care and rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

• Provide per diem physical therapy services in outpatient orthopedic settings.
• Collaborate with physicians, PAs, and nurses to deliver coordinated care.
• Support a flexible 7am–7pm schedule across multiple clinic locations.
• Assist patients in recovering from joint replacement and sports injuries.
• Observe surgeries and participate in provider office hours to expand clinical expertise.
