Flagship Rehabilitation, part of the Enhance Therapies family, is hiring a Physical Therapist for per diem coverage in Lake Ridge, VA. You will evaluate and treat patients with mobility and functional impairments, develop personalized care plans, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality outcomes in long-term care settings.

Applicants must hold a Physical Therapist license in the state of practice and demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (BS, MS, or DPT).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with mobility, strength, balance, and functional impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
