Job summary

Flagship Rehabilitation in Lake Ridge, VA is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a per diem position in SNF and long-term care settings. You will provide PTAs under supervision of a licensed PT, ensuring high-quality care in accordance with state guidelines.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
