Flagship Rehabilitation in Washington, DC is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a per diem role in a SNF/Long-Term Care setting. You will evaluate and treat patients, develop individualized care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality outcomes, while maintaining regulatory documentation and physician orders.
