Job summary

Preferred Therapy Solutions is seeking a Per Diem Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) in Springfield, MA. The role splits time between a sub-acute rehabilitation unit and a Senior Living Community on campus.

Ideal candidates hold a PTA license (MA) or are license eligible and are comfortable with electronic documentation and MS Office tools. Salary range is $35.00–$40.00 per hour, gross.

Qualifications

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting.
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team environment.
• Possess a current Physical Therapy Assistant license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver PTA services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing setting to residents.
• Collaborate with the rehab team to plan and document care.
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic documentation.
