Preferred Therapy Solutions, LLC is seeking a Per Diem Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for our Springfield, MA location. The role splits time between a subacute/skilled nursing rehab department and a Senior Living Community on campus.

You will join a team that emphasizes excellence, stability, and patient-centered care, with opportunities to participate in multiple local rosters and a generous PTO package.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Physical Therapy Assistant license or be eligible to practice in MA.
• Demonstrate strong teamwork and ability to collaborate with rehab and nursing staff.
• Proficient documentation skills with attention to detail and timely submission.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive PTA services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting.
• Collaborate with rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team environment.
• Work in a per diem capacity at Springfield, MA on campus at subacute and senior living communities.

OverviewA Per Diem Physical Therapy Assistant , (PTA), position is now available in our Springfield, MA location splitting time between a subcute/skilled nursing rehab department and Senior Living Community on campus.
