Preferred Therapy Solutions is seeking a Per Diem Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department in Marlborough, MA. You will provide compassionate therapy services, support discharge planning, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize resident outcomes.

The role requires current PTA licensure or eligibility, strong documentation skills, and reliable scheduling.

Qualifications

• Must hold PTA license or be eligible to practice in MA.
• Strong computer skills with Outlook, Word, Excel and electronic documentation.
• Ability to work in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility and collaborate with rehab team.
• Detail-oriented and timely in documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting.
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team environment.
• Possess a current Physical Therapy Assistant license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed.
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and electronic documentation.
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation.
• Be flexible with hours.
