Job summary

Engage Senior Therapy is seeking a dedicated Per Diem Physical Therapist to join our team in Bedford, NH. You will evaluate seniors in assisted living facilities, develop personalized treatment plans, and deliver compassionate care with a high level of independence.

This role offers flexible scheduling, continuing education reimbursement, and online CEUs through MedBridge, with opportunities for leadership paths in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Active or pending state PT license.
• Passion for delivering quality, evidence-based patient care.
• Interest in working with the senior population.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate with patients, families and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients to assess strength, balance, mobility and functional impairments.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to improve mobility and function.
• Deliver care at one or more assisted living locations.
• Provide care with independence while supported by the Engage team.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs.
• Document patient care in EMR in compliance with standards.
• Support ongoing professional growth through training and workshops.

Engage Senior Therapy is seeking a dedicated Per Diem Physical Therapist to join our team, delivering compassionate care at Assisted Living Facilities located in Bedford, NH. This is your chance to empower the geriatric and senior population to regain strength, mobility, and independence while working in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

As a Physical Therapist, you will:

• Evaluate patients to assess strength, balance, mobility, and functional impairments
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that focus on improving mobility, reducing pain, and enhancing overall function
• Deliver care at one or more assisted living locations , providing meaningful services to a diverse group of seniors
• Provide care with a high level of independence in assisted living communities, while always supported by the broader Engage team for guidance and resources
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and strategies for maintaining functional independence and a better quality of life
• Document patient care services in compliance with state and facility standards using EMR
• Enhance professional growth and development through participation in educational programs, in-service meetings, and workshops

About You

• Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program
• Active or pending state license to practice PT
