Job summary

Gosnold, Inc. seeks a PHP Clinician (Per Diem) in Centerville, MA to lead day-to-day program activities and ensure timely completion of clinical events. The role requires seasoned supervision of a diverse clinical staff and oversight of ongoing patient services for quality care.

The position offers per-diem pay with scale based on licensure: LICSW/LMHC $38–$39, Masters licensed $36–$37, Masters non-licensed $34–$35. Prior experience with EMRs and tele-health is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a counseling or related discipline is required.
• Two years of clinical experience in an addiction or mental health treatment program; regulatory requirements knowledge.
• Independent License, LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and direction to clinical staff on counseling functions.
• Monitor services and review charts for clinical appropriateness.
• Conduct clinical reviews to track patient progress.
• Collaborate with the program director to troubleshoot complex treatment situations.
• Conduct employee performance appraisals and staffing decisions.
• Provide direct clinical services including individual and group counseling.
