We are seeking a Per Diem Phlebotomist to join our dedicated team at Pinnacle Fertility - Illinois in Buffalo Grove, IL. This is a per diem, onsite position that requires the flexibility to support both locations and availability to work shifts during the hours of Tuesday and Thursday from 6:30 AM to 10:00 AM.
Perform venipuncture and skin punctures to collect blood samples from patients of all ages.
Properly identify patients, label samples, and ensure accurate documentation.
Prepare and transport blood samples for lab testing following protocols.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with infection control and safety standards.
Provide clear instructions and reassurance to patients during procedures.
Monitor and maintain phlebotomy supply inventory.
Collaborate with laboratory and clinical staff to ensure timely and accurate results.
Adhere to all lab policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
