Tufts Medicine is seeking a Pharmacy Technician II, per diem, for Specialty Pharmacy Services. Under pharmacist supervision, you will prepare and dispense medications, manage inventory, handle billing tasks, and maintain pharmacy records in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma, CPhT, MA Pharmacy Technician Registration, and at least 1 year of related experience; preferred associates degree and 2 years in hospital pharmacy.

Qualificações

• CPhT certification required.
• Massachusetts Pharmacy Technician Registration required.
• Minimum: 1 year of pharmacy-related experience.

Responsabilidades

• Participates in non-complex sterile and non-sterile medication preparation activities.
• Operates advanced automated technology to assist in preparation and documentation of sterile products.
• Maintains inventory management and completes required records.
• Fills floor stock remote orders accurately for OR/ER and other units.
• Greets customers and assists with point-of-sale transactions and customer service.
• Maintains medication rooms and conducts routine inspections and audits.
