Job summary

VytlOne is seeking a compassionate Pharmacy Clerk to join the team at NCH Weeks Pharmacy in Lancaster, NH. This per diem role supports a community health center's retail pharmacy operations, focusing on accurate prescription processing and friendly customer service in a collaborative setting with providers and clinic staff.

Responsibilities include preparing and packaging prescriptions, greeting customers, taking orders, operating the cash register, and keeping shelves stocked.

Qualifications

• Retail or mail order pharmacy experience is a plus.
• Computer experience is mandatory.
• Proven track record of exemplary customer service.
• Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing to interact with a wide variety of individuals to provide optimal patient care.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and package prescriptions for processing; stock and assemble shipping supplies.
• Provide friendly and cooperative customer service.
• Greet customers and take prescription orders.
• Convey empathy and understanding when handling customer service issues.
• Operate the cash register by ringing up sales for customers.
• Assist in keeping the pharmacy clean and the shelves stocked.
• Answer the phone.
• Input customer information into the computer system.
