PMS Pharmacies in New Mexico seeks an experienced Per Diem Pharmacist to cover the Carlsbad to Pecos area. Must hold an active NM pharmacist license and have a retail pharmacy background. This PRN position may require travel with mileage reimbursement and lodging if travel is applicable.

Premium pay is offered, along with mileage reimbursement and lodging where applicable. This role serves Carlsbad and Pecos areas, with travel as needed and a per diem/PRN schedule.

Qualifikationen

• Pharmacists should hold a current NM license and have a retail pharmacy background.
• Experience in patient counseling and drug information.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements for dispensing.

Aufgaben

• Interpret and fill drug orders.
• Provide patient counseling and information.
• May act as alternate store leader when Pharmacist-In-Charge is absent.
• Dispense prescriptions and prepare IV admixtures (if applicable).
• Monitor drug therapy for interactions and allergies.
• Maintain medication records and inventory.
• Supervise pharmacy technicians.
