Genoa Healthcare, part of Optum, is seeking a Per Diem Pharmacist to perform professional duties associated with processing prescriptions. This temporary role supports on-site pharmacies with flexible intermittent work, covering multiple Albuquerque, NM locations.

Pharmacists administer medications and immunizations where allowed and maintain exceptional customer service. Required BA/PharmD in Pharmacy and a current state license, plus ability to obtain LAI training.

Qualifications

• BA or PharmD in Pharmacy.
• Current pharmacist license in state of work.
• Willing to complete LAI Training and administer LAI.
• Driver's License and access to reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Distributes drugs prescribed by physicians and other health practitioners.
• Provides information to customers about medications and their use.
• Focuses on providing a superior level of customer service.
• Ensures compliance with all relevant laws of the applicable State Board of Pharmacy.
• Administration of immunizations as allowed by State Boards of Pharmacy.
• Any other usual and customary pharmacy duties.
