Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy is required.
• Understanding of HIPAA and related regulations is required.
• Proven excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent documentation and computer skills are required.
• Ability to supervise personnel and work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and evaluate orders and prescriptions for safety and efficacy.
• Ensure drugs are handled safely and in accordance with policies.
• Set and update policies for drug handling and distribution annually.
• Dispense take-home medication to eligible patients.
• Maintain methadone inventories and conduct biennial inventory.
• Document all visits/activities and provide training as needed.
• Participate in regulatory surveys or audits.
