Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Pharmacist (Per diem) to support clinical operations in Miami, FL. The role includes dispensing, regulatory tasks, and collaboration with sponsors and internal teams to ensure quality and compliance.

The ideal candidate holds a Pharmacy degree, an active license, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Word, Excel, and clinical software; experience with regulatory contexts is a plus.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree from an accredited school.
• Active license is clear and in good standing.
• Experience in regulatory context and in clinical research may be an asset.
• Experience in the management of staff will be considered an asset.
• Must demonstrate good computer skills especially in Microsoft Word and Excel and clinical software.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal skills, both written and spoken, with an ability to inform, influence, convince, and persuade.

Responsibilities

• Participates in activities related to receiving, handling, inventory, dispensing and disposal of investigational products.
• Reviews, approves and implements SOPs and protocol sections related to investigational products.
• Serves as a reference for internal and external clients to ensure needs are met.
• Participates in client visits and sponsor or regulatory agency audits.
• Identifies ways to improve work plans, methods and processes and develops actions to improve efficiency.
• Collaborates to ensure training development plans to improve team effectiveness.
