MedMark Treatment Centers is seeking a knowledgeable per diem Pharmacist to provide pharmacy services for patients, nurses, physicians and staff. The role focuses on interpreting orders, ensuring safety, maintaining inventories, and upholding regulatory standards in a outpatient setting.

The ideal candidate will have a Pharmacy degree, NM license or eligibility, CPR/First Aid certification and strong documentation skills to support patient care and program compliance.

Qualificações

• Active pharmacist license; NM preferred or eligible
• Bachelor's in Pharmacy from accredited college
• CPR and First Aid certification required
• Knowledge of HIPAA and drug regulations
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work autonomously in a per diem role

Responsabilidades

• Ensure safe handling and welfare of patients when dispensing medications
• Maintain and update drug handling policies and annual procedures
• Maintain methadone inventories and take part in orders
• Conduct biennial inventory and participate in audits
• Document visits, irregularities, and actions taken
• Provide training to facility staff on medication administration and safety
• Handle emergencies and respond to program protocols
• Maintain accurate patient profiles and ensure confidentiality
