Job summary

Qualifications

• Doctorate or equivalent clinical experience required.
• California Pharmacist licensure (RPH) required.
• PGY2 or PGY1 with 1 year pharmacist experience, or 4 years of pharmacist experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide medications and medication-related services to patients per standards.
• Precept pharmacy residents and students as assigned.
• Participate in Medical Center/Departmental committees and policy work.
• Counsel patients at the pharmacy and at bedside (Med to Bed).
• Rotate to all pharmacy areas/sites and cover variable shifts.
