Job summary

NuvemRx is seeking a compassionate, patient-centric pharmacist to manage pharmacy operations at a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Nacogdoches, Texas. This per-diem role involves overlap with the current pharmacy manager and engaging with clinic providers and staff.

As a per-diem pharmacist, you will lead the pharmacy team, ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, and participate in clinical meetings while supporting patient care and education within a retail-style setting.

Qualifications

• Provide support and education to patients on their medications.
• Manage staff pharmacists and technicians, if applicable. Address knowledge gaps by increasing knowledge through education and training.
• Oversee pharmacy operations including patient safety, regulatory requirements, quality assurance, customer service, personnel management, inventory management, profitability, and loss prevention.
