Job summary

NuvemRx is seeking a compassionate, patient-centric pharmacist to manage operations at the Federally Qualified Health Center in Kennett Square, PA, covering or overlapping with the current pharmacy manager. This per-diem role offers daytime hours Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 8am-12pm.

You will engage with clinic providers, educate patients on medications, supervise pharmacy staff, and ensure compliance with HIPAA and all regulations while maintaining high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Current Pennsylvania Pharmacist license (PharmD).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient education on medications.
• Manage staff pharmacists and technicians.
• Oversee pharmacy operations including patient safety, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, customer service, and inventory.
• Maintain HIPAA, fraud, waste and abuse credentialing.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
