Job summary

NuvemRx is seeking a compassionate, patient-centered pharmacist to cover or overlap for the current pharmacy manager at an FQHC site in Nacogdoches, Texas. The role emphasizes empowering you to lead pharmacy operations and staff while collaborating with the clinic team.

You will engage with providers, educate patients on medications, and participate in clinical meetings. The position offers a Monday–Friday potential schedule and a focus on quality patient care.

Qualifications

• PharmD with Texas license in good standing.
• Experience in clinic or FQHC settings preferred.
• Strong patient counseling and education skills.
• Ability to lead staff and coordinate with health center.

Responsibilities

• Provide education to patients on medications and therapy.
• Manage pharmacists and technicians; mentor staff as needed.
• Oversee pharmacy operations, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with clinic providers; attend clinical meetings.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient privacy across workflows.
