NuvemRx is seeking a compassionate, patient-centric pharmacist to manage pharmacy operations at a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Nacogdoches, Texas. This per-diem role involves overlap with the current pharmacy manager and engaging with clinic providers and staff.

As a per-diem pharmacist, you will lead the pharmacy team, ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, and participate in clinical meetings while supporting patient care and education within a retail-style setting.

Job description

Nuvem Rx Pharmacy Management Team is looking for a compassionate, patient centric pharmacist to manage pharmacy operations by covering or providing overlap for the current pharmacy manager. Our goal is to make you feel empowered in the role that you play when managing the pharmacy and personnel in conjunction with the pharmacy manager. This position is for a per-dem pharmacist for the pharmacy located within a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Nacogdoches, Texas . As a per-diem pharmacist for our pharmacies located within a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC); you will receive the benefit of a retail pharmacy type setting with a Monday thru Friday potential schedule. As the per-dem pharmacist, you will be responsible in managing our pharmacy relationship with our health center client. This includes engaging with clinic providers and their clinical staff, providing drug related education, acting as a member of the patient care team, and attendance of clinical meetings.
