NuvemRx Pharmacy Management Team seeks a compassionate pharmacist to support pharmacy operations by covering or overlapping for the current manager. The role centers on empowering the pharmacist to lead with the health center client in a patient-first environment.

You will engage with clinic providers, educate patients, and oversee pharmacy staff to achieve quality, safety, and regulatory compliance in a Federally Qualified Health Center setting in the Bronx.

Formación

• Licensed pharmacist in New York with active license
• Experience in patient education and clinical care
• FQHC or community pharmacy experience preferred

Responsabilidades

• Provide patient education on medications and safety
• Oversee staff pharmacists and technicians as applicable
• Manage pharmacy operations and regulatory compliance
• Prioritize patient safety and quality assurance
• Engage with clinic providers and clinical staff
• Stay compliant with HIPAA and regulatory requirements
• Lead workflow and profitability initiatives
• Attend clinical meetings and participate in patient care teams
