Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interpret and fill drug orders.
• Provide patient information and counseling.
• May act as Pharmacy Manager in absence.
• Dispense prescriptions and prepare IV admixtures (if applicable).
• Monitor therapy for contraindications and interactions.
• Maintain patient records and inventory; supervise technicians.
