Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Per Diem Physical Therapist (PT) to join our Early Intervention and Pediatric team in Delaware. This role offers a flexible schedule and the chance to impact children and families in their homes and community settings.

As an Early Intervention PT, you will partner with families, deliver therapy in natural environments, and document visits using electronic records. Licensure in good standing and pediatric/home care experience are preferred, with per visit

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in good standing.
• Birth-to-Five, and/or Home Care experience preferred.
• Passion for family-centered, community-based care.

Responsibilities

• Partner with families using a coaching-based interaction style.
• Empower caregivers with tools to support their child’s development.
• Deliver therapy in natural environments — homes, childcare settings, playgrounds, libraries, and more.
• Use electronic documentation for each visit.
• Complete weekly scheduled visits.
