Loma Linda University Faculty Medical Group is seeking a dedicated Pediatric Intensivist to join our growing critical care team in Southern California on a per diem basis with the potential to grow into a full time position. The Pediatric Intensivist will work collaboratively with cardiology, neonatology, and subspecialists to provide high-quality, family-centered care in the PICU and potentially CTICU.

Qualifications

• Board-certified/eligible in Pediatrics and Pediatric Critical Care.
• Commitment to excellence in patient care, education, and teamwork.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care in the PICU and/or CTICU.
• Provide procedure-related sedation to patients on inpatient and outpatient basis.
• Collaborate with cardiology, cardiothoracic surgery, neonatology, and subspecialty services.
• Participate in admissions, procedures, and daily ICU management.
• Supervise and teach residents and fellows in a scholarly environment.
• Contribute to quality improvement, patient safety initiatives, and protocol development.
• Support a culture of professionalism, teamwork, and psychological safety.
