Loma Linda University Faculty Medical Group in Southern California is seeking a Pediatric Intensivist on a per diem basis with the potential to grow into a full-time role. You will join a growing critical care team to care for critically ill children in the PICU and CTICU, working with fellows, residents, and subspecialists.

The ideal candidate is board-certified or board-eligible in Pediatrics and Pediatric Critical Care, with a commitment to education and multidisciplinary collaboration.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Pediatrics and Pediatric Critical Care.
• Commitment to excellence in patient care, education, and teamwork.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care in the PICU and/or CTICU.
• Provide procedure-related sedation to patients on inpatient and outpatient basis.
• Collaborate with cardiology, cardiothoracic surgery, neonatology, and subspecialty services.
• Participate in admissions, procedures, and daily ICU management.
• Supervise and teach residents and fellows in a supportive academic environment.
• Contribute to quality improvement, patient safety initiatives, and protocol development.
• Support a culture of professionalism, teamwork, and psychological safety.
