Loma Linda University Faculty Medical Group is seeking a dedicated Pediatric Intensivist to join our growing critical care team in sunny Southern California on a per diem basis with potential to grow into a full-time position.

The Pediatric Intensivist will work closely with intensivists, subspecialists, fellows, and APPs to deliver high-quality, family-centered care in the PICU and potentially CTICU, with opportunities to staff a sedation service and contribute to education and quality

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Pediatrics and Pediatric Critical Care.
• Commitment to excellence in patient care, education, and teamwork.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care in the PICU and/or CTICU.
• Provide Procedure Related Sedation to patients on an inpatient and outpatient basis.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including cardiology, cardiothoracic surgery, neonatology, and subspecialty services.
• Participate in admissions, procedures, and daily ICU management.
• Supervise and teach residents and fellows in a supportive academic environment.
• Contribute to quality improvement, patient safety initiatives, and protocol development.
• Support a culture of professionalism, teamwork, and psychological safety.
