UPMC in Harrisburg, PA is actively seeking Per Diem Pediatric Hospitalists to expand clinical services in central Pennsylvania. This role emphasizes a team-based approach to delivering high-quality, compassionate pediatric care across a 15-bed general pediatric unit, newborn nursery, NICU coverage, and subspecialty support.

Applicants must be PA-licensed, board-certified or board-eligible in Pediatrics, and 2027 residents are welcome.

24-hour in house call coverage Supports 15-bed general pediatric unit and newborn nursery (final renovation will have 19-general pediatric beds and 11-PICU beds) 42-bed level lll NICU staffed 24/7 by neonatologists

Newly renovated Children's floor with an 11-bed Pediatric Intensive Care Unit

Pediatric subspecialty support including pediatric surgery, pediatric gastroenterology, pediatric neurology, pediatric endocrinology and soon to be pediatric pulmonology

Job Requirements
