UPMC in Harrisburg, PA is seeking Per Diem Pediatric Hospitalists to expand clinical services in central Pennsylvania. This hospital-employed role supports a 42-bed level III NICU, newborn nursery, 11-bed PICU, and a range of pediatric subspecialties, with 24-hour in-house coverage and a team-based approach to care.

Position Details

• Hospital employed position
• 24-hour in house call coverage Supports 15-bed general pediatric unit and newborn nursery (final renovation will have 19-general pediatric beds and 11-PICU beds) 42-bed level lll NICU staffed 24/7 by neonatologists
• Newly renovated Children's floor with an 11-bed Pediatric Intensive Care Unit
• Pediatric subspecialty support including pediatric surgery, pediatric gastroenterology, pediatric neurology, pediatric endocrinology and soon to be pediatric pulmonology

Job Requirements
