Job summary

First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking experienced PCU Registered Nurses for per diem hospital shifts in Virginia. Shifts are 7a-7p and 7p-7a, offering flexible scheduling and daily/weekly pay options.

Choose when to work, pick up as few as one shift per month, and enjoy competitive per diem pay with convenient mobile scheduling.

Qualifications

• Hold an active Virginia RN license.
• Minimum 2 years of PCU nursing in the last 4 years.
• AHA BLS is current.
• AHA ACLS current is required.
• QuantiFERON-TB Gold test completed in past 12 months.
• COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption.

Responsibilities

• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions in PCU.
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and changes in status.
• Administer medications and IV therapies per orders.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records.

• Active
• Virginia RN LicenseMinimum
• 2 years of recent PCU nursing experience within the past 4 yearsCurrent
