Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Healthcare or Business Administration required.
• National CHAA certification upon hire preferred.
• 3 years of Patient Access or business office experience.
• Experience with insurance eligibility systems.
• 3 years using medical terminology in a job setting.
• Knowledge of medical billing codes.
• 1 year experience with Epic applications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the welcoming voice for patients at the start of care.
• Assist patients with intake and navigation of admission processes.
• Coordinate admissions with care teams and ensure accurate data entry.
