Qualifications

• National Certification of CHAA required upon hire.
• 3 years experience in Patient Access or Business office setting; experience with insurance eligibility systems.
• 3 years experience using medical terminology in a job setting; knowledge of medical billing codes.
• 1 year knowledge of Epic applications.
