Job summary

Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking Per Diem RNs and Part Time RNs. The role offers $40.00-$49.00 per hour with shift differential based on experience, plus a $2,000 sign-on bonus for part-time roles.

Responsibilities include delivering holistic nursing care, documentation, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to support residents’ independence and well-being in a senior living setting.

Qualifications

• Must have an active RN license in the state they will practice.
• Minimum of 6 months experience as an RN.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience in a senior living or long-term care setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care per state act and standards.
• Build relationships with residents and families with a caregiver approach.
• Educate residents and families on conditions, meds, and self-care.
• Monitor resident status and respond to changes to ensure safety.
• Maintain infection control and accurate documentation in the EMR.
