Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition and initiate care per guidelines.
• Delegate tasks to health care workers as needed.
• Engage in patient/family teaching and liaison with care team.
• Report data to physicians and managers as appropriate.
• Administer medications and perform procedures per policy.
• Maintain professional standards and knowledge of current nursing trends.
• Float to other units as needed; weekends may be required.
