Job summary

Mercy Hospital St. Louis- Therapy and Rehab is seeking a per diem Physical Therapist to perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized rehabilitation programs for adult and geriatric patients. You will supervise patients and rehab staff while adhering to Mercy standards and policies.

Requires a PT license in the state, BLS certification, and 6 months to 1 year of preferred experience. Per diem shifts include days and evenings with comprehensive benefits for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, MS in Physical Therapy, or Doctor of Physical Therapy.
• Current/Temporary Physical Therapy license in state of practice.
• BLS certification required and current.

Responsibilities

• Conduct objective assessments and develop individualized treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients.
• Provide direct supervision to patients and supervise rehabilitation technicians and PT assistants as per state practice acts.
• Ensure care aligns with Mercy mission, values, and service standards.
