Job summary

Community Concepts, Inc. is hiring Outpatient Clinicians (Per Diem) for Rumford and South Paris locations. The role delivers advanced psychosocial interventions to clients of all ages via individual, group, or family therapy, up to 29 hours weekly, at a starting rate of $45.00/hr.

Responsibilities include assessments, treatment planning, documentation, and collaboration with partners to ensure high-quality client outcomes. Maine license required (LCSW/LCPC/LMSWc/LCPCc).

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Social Work, Clinical Counseling, Clinical Psychology, or related Human Services field.
• Holds a valid State of Maine license to practice (LCSW, LCPC, LMSWc, LCPCc).
• Pre-employment background checks and driving license required; travel within the service area.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments and engage clients in treatment planning through individual treatment plans.
• Provide ongoing therapeutic counseling and other interventions, including documentation.
• Provide consultations and referrals with partners to ensure high-quality client outcomes.
• Contribute to agency goals through collaboration and best practices.
