Job summary

Foothill Acres Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist for a Per Diem role with potential progression to full-time. The facility emphasizes a high standard of rehabilitation care and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• OT degree from ACOTE accredited program
• NBCOT-OTR certification (state dependent)
• Current OT license/registration in NJ or eligible
• Ability to perform comprehensive OT evaluations and treatments

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive OT evaluations based on MD orders
• Document findings using standardized forms accurately
• Develop and implement treatment plans with goals, frequency, and modalities
• Obtain MD orders for evaluations, treatments, recertifications and discharges
• Deliver patient-centered treatment and adjust as clinically indicated
• Complete all required documentation and compliance tasks
