Job summary

Select Medical Rehabilitation - Madison is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a per diem role housed inside Select Specialty Hospital - Madison. The OT will evaluate patients, develop and adjust treatment plans, and provide therapy services in a high-quality rehab setting addressing brain and orthopedic injuries among others.

The job offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus and compensation at $50 per hour, with extensive orientation and opportunities for advancement within a large care organization.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as an Occupational Therapist is required.
• BLS certification or completion within first 90 days of employment is required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate all assigned patients and develop, implement and modify treatment plans.
• Coordinate and direct therapy services for assigned patients.
• Educate patients, families, and staff on therapy plans and progress.
• Deliver comprehensive occupational therapy care to address cognitive, motor, and functional needs.
