Job summary

Select Medical Rehabilitation - Madison is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to join the team inside Select Specialty Hospital - Madison. You will provide patient-focused therapy under the supervision of an OT, with per diem hours and a $1,500 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities include conducting individual therapy regimens, monitoring patient progress, documenting care per policy, and participating in ongoing education.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a COTA.
• BLS certification required or will be completed within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Conducting individual patient therapy regimens under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist (OT).
• Monitoring patient's response to treatment and modifying treatment as indicated with OT collaboration.
