Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• 1 year of acute care experience preferred.
• Occupational Therapist license required.
• Basic Life Support / CPR required.
• influenza vaccination required for all staff.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition and plan therapy with physician orders.
• Document interventions and responses during shifts.
• Collaborate with care team to revise care plans.
• Provide patient and family education on treatments.
• Maintain infection-control practices and safety standards.
