Jupiter Medical Center is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for Orthopedics per diem at our Main Campus in Palm Beach County, Florida. The RN provides patient-centered care, prioritizes safety, and collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.

Responsibilities include applying the nursing process, maintaining evidence-based practice, and serving as an educator to patients and families. BLS required; Florida RN license and BSN preferred.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Current RN licensure in the state of Florida.
• American Heart Association BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers.

Responsabilidades

• Provide patient-centered care for an assigned group of patients.
• Apply the nursing process and evidence-based practices in assessing, planning, diagnosing, implementing, and evaluating care.
• Work autonomously within nursing standards and ethics.
• Lead coordination with interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families, and communicate needs to the care team.
