Job summary

Jupiter Medical Center in Palm Beach County seeks a Registered Nurse for a seasonal per diem assignment. The RN will provide patient-centered care, plan and evaluate nursing care, and document meticulously. Requires FL RN license, BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS training; BSN preferred.

Shifts are three per week from Oct 2026 to May 2027, with duties across nursing services. Candidates should be prepared for a dynamic hospital environment, ongoing assessment, and patient education.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing; BSN preferred.
• Current RN licensure in Florida.
• BLS certification for Healthcare Providers required.
• ACLS certification for Healthcare Providers required.
• NIHSS training obtainable via recognized organizations.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered nursing care for assigned patients.
• Plan, direct, and evaluate nursing care per standards and procedures.
• Document accurately and ensure supplies and equipment are available.
• Educate peers, patients, and families as part of care.
• Maintain a healing environment and support service excellence.
